Item 8.01.      Other Events.
 
On December 2, 2010, General Electric Company and Comcast Corporation extended the term of the Master Agreement, dated as of December 3, 2009 (the “Master Agreement”), among General Electric Company, NBC Universal, Inc., Comcast Corporation and Navy, LLC, pursuant to one of the three-month extension options provided for in the Master Agreement.  The original term of the Master Agreement was to have expired December 3, 2010.  The Master Agreement now expires March 3, 2011.
